The present invention relates to a deicing chemical spreader capable of selecting a snow removal method in accordance with external environment (snowfall amount, atmosphere temperature). Specifically, the deicing chemical spreader prevents an increase in operation costs and environment pollution due to the excessive spreading of a deicing chemical by spreading a fixed amount of deicing chemicals in an optimal situation corresponding to external environment. Also, the deicing chemical spreader performs diversity of the snow removal method and maximizes efficiency of snow removal work. An existing deicing chemical spreader is difficult to optimally spread the proper deicing chemical corresponding to various eternal environments (snowfall amount, atmospheric temperature). The existing deicing chemical spreader excessively spreads the deicing chemical in the snow removal work and requires high costs and also causes environment pollution when the deicing chemical remains on a road. To solve the problem, the deicing chemical spreader automatically spreads the deicing chemical by corresponding to a setting value by being linked to a driving speed of a vehicle in accordance with the optimal snow removal work situation which is set to be suitable to the various external environments. The deicing chemical spreader has a technique capable of separately spreading only salt water to left and right edges of the road using a salt water spreader installed in the deicing chemical spreader.
본 발명은 외부환경(적설량, 대기온도)에 따라 제설방법의 선택이 가능한 제설재 살포기에 관한 것으로, 특히 외부환경에 알맞은 최적의 상황으로 제설재를 정량 껏 살포하여 제설재의 과다 살포로 인한 운용비의 상승 및 환경오염을 방지하고, 제설방법의 다양성을 구현하여 제설작업의 효율성을 극대화하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 제설재 살포기는 각종 외부환경(적설량, 대기온도 등)에 대응하여 알맞은 제설재를 최적으로 살포하기가 어려워 제설작업시 제설재를 과다 살포하여 비용이 많이 들고, 제설재가 도로에 남아 있어 환경오염을 유발하는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 각종 외부환경에 알맞게 설정된 최적의 제설작업 상황에 따라 제설재를 차량의 주행속도와 연동하여 자동으로 설정 값에 맞추어 살포함은 물론 스프레더에 설치된 염수 분사기를 이용하여 염수만을 단독으로 도로의 좌우 가장자리까지 살포할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
