Spray apparatus for traffic lane of thermopane type composited with self-propelled and various nozzle unit
The present invention relates to a lane painting device and, specifically, to a fusion and spray type lane painting device having various nozzle units composed with a self-propelled type method. A nozzle bar in a nozzle unit dually comprises an inner nozzle bar and an outer nozzle bar. The various shapes of nozzle grooves are formed in each nozzle bar. Also, the inner nozzle bar and the outer nozzle bar are combined, and a nozzle groove formed in each nozzle bar is variously selected and arranged. So, the lane painting device can paint a lane, a crosswalk, and the like in various shapes. Therefore, the lane painting device can easily perform painting work for all kinds of lanes without additional device replacement and can selectively paint the various shapes of the lanes to be suitable to the width of the lane in accordance with road regulations in painting work of the lane using the single nozzle unit. Also, the lane painting device can perform the painting work in a lump regardless of the shape of the lane. So, the fusion and spray type lane painting device having the various nozzle units composed with the self-propelled type method enables rapid painting work of lanes and, at the same time, improves painting work performance.
본 발명은 차선 도색장치에 관한 것으로서, 하나의 노즐유닛 내의 노즐바를 내부 노즐바 및 외부 노즐바의 이중으로 구성하되, 각 노즐바에 다양한 형태의 노즐홈을 형성하고, 내부 노즐바 및 외부 노즐바를 조합하여 각 노즐바에 형성된 노즐홈을 다양하게 선택 및 배열함으로써 다양한 모든 형태의 차선 및 횡단보도 등의 도색이 가능하고, 이로 인해 별도의 장비교체 없이 모든 종류의 차선 도색작업이 용이하고, 하나의 노즐유닛을 통해 차선의 도색작업 시 도로의 규정에 따른 차선 폭에 적합하도록 다양한 형태의 차선을 선택적으로 도색할 수 있으며, 차선의 형태에 관계없이 일괄적인 도색 작업이 가능하며, 이로 인해 신속한 차선 도색작업이 가능함과 동시에 도색 작업 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 자주식 방식과 다양한 노즐유닛이 복합된 융착식 분사형 차선 도색장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
