A GUARD RAILS AND A METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING THE GUARD RAILS
The present invention provides a guardrail and a constructing method thereof which can save costs and time for construction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the guardrail comprises: a plurality of posts vertically installed on the ground; and a plurality of guardrail bars arranged between the plurality of posts to be connected to the posts. The posts are formed in a cylindrical shape and have a support element arranged on a portion of the posts to support the guardrail bars. Both ends of each guardrail bar are formed in a C-shape. The width of the inner groove of the C-shape of one end of the guardrail bar has a value corresponding to the length of the diameter of the posts, and the width of the inner groove of the C-shape of the other end of the guardrail bar has a larger value than the width of the C-shape of the one end of the guardrail bar. One end of a first guardrail bar is meshed with the post. The one end of the first guardrail bar is fixed on the post at the position where the lower end of the one end of the first guardrail bar comes in contact with the support element. The other end of a second guardrail bar is meshed with the one end of the first guardrail bar. The other end of the second guardrail bar is fixed on the one end of the first guardrail bar at the position where the lower end of the other end of the second guardrail bar comes in contact with the support element. Therefore, the post, the one end of the first guardrail bar, and the other end of the second guardrail bar can be arranged in order based on the center axis of the inside of the post.
일 실시예에 따른 가드레일은 지면에 수직으로 설치되는 복수 개의 지주 및 상기 복수 개의 지주 사이에 각각 배치되어 상기 지주에 연결되는 복수 개의 가드레일바를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 지주는 원기둥 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 지주의 일부에는 가드레일바를 지지하기 위한 지지요소가 배치될 수 있다. 각각의 가드레일바의 양단은 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 가드레일바의 일단의 'ㄷ'자 형상의 내측 홈의 너비는 상기 지주의 지름의 길이에 대응하는 값을 지니고, 상기 가드레일바의 타단의 'ㄷ'자 형상의 내측 홈의 너비는 상기 가드레일바의 일단의 'ㄷ'자 형상의 내측 홈의 너비보다 큰 값을 지닐 수 있다. 이 때, 제1 가드레일바의 일단은 지주와 맞물리고, 상기 제1 가드레일바의 일단의 하단이 상기 지지요소에 접하는 위치에서 제1 가드레일바의 일단이 상기 지주에 고정되고, 제2 가드레일바의 타단은 상기 제1 가드레일바의 일단과 맞물리고, 상기 제2 가이드레일바의 타단의 하단이 상기 지지요소에 접하는 위치에서 제2 가드레일바의 타단이 상기 제1 가드레일바의 일단에 고정될 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 지주의 내측의 중심축을 기준으로 상기 지주, 상기 제1 가드레일바의 일단 및 상기 제2 가드레일바의 타단 순으로 배치될 수 있다.

The present invention provides a guardrail and a constructing method thereof which can save costs and time for construction. The width of the inner groove of the C-shape of one end of the guardrail bar has a value corresponding to the length of the diameter of the posts, and the width of the inner groove of the C-shape of the other end of the guardrail bar has a larger value than the width of the C-shape of the one end of the guardrail bar. One end of a first guardrail bar is meshed with the post. The one end of the first guardrail bar is fixed on the post at the position where the lower end of the one end of the first guardrail bar comes in contact with the support element. The other end of a second guardrail bar is meshed with the one end of the first guardrail bar. The other end of the second guardrail bar is fixed on the one end of the first guardrail bar at the position where the lower end of the other end of the second guardrail bar comes in contact with the support element. Therefore, the post, the one end of the first guardrail bar, and the other end of the second guardrail bar can be arranged in order based on the center axis of the inside of the post.
