MOVABLE TILE AUTOMATIC BONDING APPARATUS AND TILE BONDING METHOD USING THE BONDING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a movable automatic tile bonding apparatus and a tile bonding method using the movable automatic tile bonding apparatus. The apparatus can be conveniently used by being moved even in a small place such as a rest room, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, or a wall in a building, and, when there are a plurality of tiles stacked on a tile stacking stand, glue is automatically or semi-automatically applied to the rear side of the tiles and the tiles are provided one by one to a tile builder, so time, costs and personnel for construction can be saved, and also, constructability can be improved because the uniform application of the glue lets the adhesive force of the tiles be maintained even after construction. After the termination of bonding work, the last tile is lifted up to a loading position and moved forwards, and then, the last tile blocks a glue discharge slit formed on the lower surface of a glue tank to prevent the leakage of glue, thus preventing the coagulation of the glue and keeping the surroundings clean.
본 발명은 이동식 타일 자동 본딩장치 및 그 이동식 타일 자동 본딩장치를 이용한 타일 본딩방법에 관한 것으로, 건물 실내의 벽이나 주방, 화장실, 목욕탕, 세면장 등과 같이 장소가 협소한 장소에서도 이동하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있으며, 타일 적층 받침대 위에 여러 개의 타일을 쌓아 놓으면, 자동 또는 반자동으로 타일의 배면에 접착제를 자동으로 도포하여 한 장씩 타일 시공업자에게 제공함으로써, 시공 인력과 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있음은 물론 접착제 도포가 균일하여 시공 후에도 타일의 부착력이 그대로 유지되어 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본딩 작업 종료 후, 맨 마지막의 타일을 로딩 위치로 상승시키고 전진시킨 후, 마지막 타일이 접착제 탱크의 하면에 형성된 접착제 토출 슬릿(slit)을 막도록 하여서 접착제 누출을 방지함으로써, 접착제 응고를 방지하고, 접착제 누출을 방지하여 주변환경을 청결하게 유지할 수 있다.
