The present invention relates to a waterproof agent and, more specifically, to a waterproof agent comprising a visible light active photo-catalyst, which comprises: 10 to 60 wt% of a water-soluble resin; 0.1 to 20 wt% of a surfactant; 0.1 to 30 wt% of a photo-catalyst; and a solvent, wherein the photo-catalyst comprises inorganic oxide and a metal oxide layer derived from an organometallic compound formed on the inorganic oxide and has photoactivity in a visible light region of 400 nm or more.
