The present invention relates to a marine control apparatus of a novel structure that can effectively remove the oil spilled into the ocean. The marine control apparatus according to the present invention collects the oil floating on the water surface while winding an adsorption cloth (21) released from an adsorption cloth supply roll (20) provided in a main body (10) with a take-up roll (30). Therefore, the efficiency of the oil repelling control work is improved. Moreover, the marine control apparatus of the present invention has an advantage of minimizing the worker′s exposure to oil or oil vapor generated from the oil.
본 발명은 해양에 유출된 오일을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 해양방제장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 해양방제장치는 본체(10)에 구비된 흡착포공급롤(20)에서 풀려 나온 흡착포(21)를 권취롤(30)로 감으면서 수면에 떠있는 오일을 수거함으로, 오일을 수거하는 방제작업의 효율이 향상될 뿐 아니라, 작업자가 오일 또는 오일에서 발생되는 유증기에 노출되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
