MOLD SYSTEM FOR HOT PRESSED CERAMIC WITH CAVITY
The present invention relates to a mold device and a hollow structure ceramic plate produced using the same and, more specifically, to a mold device for hot pressurized sintering to produce a hollow structure ceramic plate, which prevents the breakage caused by thermal expansion among a ceramic plate, a core, a sleeve and a housing generated during the production of the hollow structure ceramic plate by optimizing a material selection and a shape of the graphite constituting the mold device to produce a hollow structure and to a hollow structure ceramic plate produced using the same.
본 발명은 몰드 장치 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 중공 구조 세라믹판에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 몰드 장치를 구성하는 흑연의 재료선정과 형상을 최적화하여 중공 구조 세라믹판을 제조 시 발생되는 세라믹판, 코어, 슬리브 및 하우징간의 열팽창에 의한 파손을 방지하여 중공 구조 형상을 제조할 수 있도록 하는 중공 구조 세라믹판의 제조를 위한 열간 가압 소결용 몰드 장치 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 중공 구조 세라믹판에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 몰드 장치 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 중공 구조 세라믹판에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 몰드 장치를 구성하는 흑연의 재료선정과 형상을 최적화하여 중공 구조 세라믹판을 제조 시 발생되는 세라믹판, 코어, 슬리브 및 하우징간의 열팽창에 의한 파손을 방지하여 중공 구조 형상을 제조할 수 있도록 하는 중공 구조 세라믹판의 제조를 위한 열간 가압 소결용 몰드 장치 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 중공 구조 세라믹판에 관한 것이다.
