The present invention includes: a rotation support unit installed on a support frame from which a lid member is removed and providing the center of rotation to a central portion of a manhole; a rotation rod rotationally installed in the center of rotation provided by the rotation support unit; and a connection fixing unit coupling a cutting tool to the rotation rod so as to implement cutting operations at a predetermined distance from the center of rotation provided by the rotation support unit, thereby reducing the time and costs required for the manhole repair operation.
본 발명은, 뚜껑부재가 제거된 지지프레임에 설치되고, 맨홀의 중앙부에 회전중심을 제공하는 회전지지부; 상기 회전지지부에서 제공하는 회전중심에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전대; 및 상기 회전지지부에서 제공하는 회전중심으로부터 일정한 거리에 절삭작업을 진행하도록 상기 회전대에 절삭공구를 결합시키는 연결고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
