Method of repairing sagging part of underground pipe by non-excavation
The present invention provides a repair method of a deflection part of an underground pipeline, which completely removes sewage and underground water stagnating in a deflection part and fills a filling material in the deflection part when the deflection part such as dents is generated on a floor surface of an underground pipeline such as a drain pipe, thereby allowing repair operation to be smoothly implemented and forming a favorable repair state. The present invention includes: a device entering step of entering a deflection repair device into the underground pipeline; a deflection position reaching step of allowing the deflection repair device to reach the deflection part generated on a floor of the underground pipeline; an air spraying step of spraying high speed or high pressure air (80) toward the deflection part to blow and dry remaining water; a filling material spraying step of spraying a liquefied filling material to the deflection part to fill the deflection part; and a deflection part stiffening step of stiffening the filling material filled in the deflection part.
본 발명은 하수관 등 지중관로의 바닥면에서 패임, 함몰 등 처짐부가 발생한 경우, 처짐부에 고인 하수, 지하수 등을 완전히 제거하고 처짐부에 충진재를 채움으로써, 보수작업이 원활히 진행되도록 하고 양호한 보수상태를 형성할 수 있는 지중관로 처짐부의 보수방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은, 처짐보수장치를 지중관로에 진입시키는 장치진입단계; 상기 처짐보수장치가 상기 지중관로의 바닥에 발생한 처짐부에 도달하는 처짐위치도달단계; 상기 처짐부를 향해 고속 또는 고압의 공기(80)를 분사하여 잔류수를 불어내고 건조시키는 공기분사단계; 상기 처짐부에 액상의 충진재를 분사하여 처짐부를 채우는 충진재분사단계; 상기 처짐부에 채우진 충진재를 경화시키는 처짐부경화단계;를 포함한다.
