MANUFACURING METHOD FOR CLAMP ELEMENT OF REBAR COUPLER
철근 커플러의 체결부재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 내부면에 상하방향으로 다수의 세레이션돌기가 마련되고, 외주면이 하부로 갈수록 직경이 커지는 경사면으로 형성된 호형의 철근 커플러 체결부재를 제조하는 철근 커플러의 체결부재 제조방법으로, 복수의 다이와 펀치를 가지는 프레스기계를 통해 연속 프레스 작업으로 제조하되, 상하직경이 동일한 원기둥 소재를 하부로 갈수록 직경이 켜지는 사다리꼴 원기둥으로 성형하는 사다리꼴 원기둥 성형단계; 사다리꼴 원기둥 성형단계에서 성형된 성형품을 부채골 평판으로 성형하는 부채꼴 평판 성형단계; 부채꼴 평판 성형단계에서 성형된 성형품을 체결부재의 형태인 호형 경사판으로 성형하는 호형 경사판 성형단계; 호형 경사판 성형단계에서 성형된 성형품의 내주면에 세레이션돌기를 성형하는 세레이션돌기 성형단계;를 포함하는 기술 구성을 통하여 철근 커플러에서 철근을 가압 밀착하여 고정할 수 있도록 하는 체결부재를 프레스 성형으로 간편하게 제조할 수 있게 되어 체결부재의 생산성 향상과 원가절감을 도모할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a fastening member of a reinforced bar coupler, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method for a fastening member of a reinforced bar coupler of an arc shape, which has a plurality of serration protrusions vertically provided on the inner surface, and the outer circumferential surface formed in an inclined surface having a diameter becoming bigger in a downward direction. Here, the fastening member of a reinforced bar coupler is fabricated in a successive press work by means of a press machine having a plurality of dies and punches. The manufacturing method thereof comprises: a trapezoid cylinder shaping step that a cylinder material having identical upper and lower diameters is shaped as a trapezoid cylinder having a diameter becoming bigger downwards; a fan-shaped flat plate shaping step that a shaped product, shaped in the trapezoid cylinder shaping step, is shaped in a fan-shaped flat plate; an arc-shaped inclined plate shaping step that the shaped product, shaped in the fan-shaped flat plate shaping step, is shaped in an arc-shaped inclined plate, which is the shape of a fastening member; and a serration protrusion shaping step that a serration protrusion is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the product shaped in an arc-shaped inclined plate shaping step. Therefore, the fastening member, which is provided to fixate a reinforced bar by pressurizing and adhering the same in a reinforced bar coupler, is conveniently manufactured through press forming. Resultantly, productivity of the fastening member can be increased, and fabrication costs thereof can be decreased.

철근 커플러의 체결부재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 내부면에 상하방향으로 다수의 세레이션돌기가 마련되고, 외주면이 하부로 갈수록 직경이 커지는 경사면으로 형성된 호형의 철근 커플러 체결부재를 제조하는 철근 커플러의 체결부재 제조방법으로, 복수의 다이와 펀치를 가지는 프레스기계를 통해 연속 프레스 작업으로 제조하되, 상하직경이 동일한 원기둥 소재를 하부로 갈수록 직경이 켜지는 사다리꼴 원기둥으로 성형하는 사다리꼴 원기둥 성형단계; 사다리꼴 원기둥 성형단계에서 성형된 성형품을 부채골 평판으로 성형하는 부채꼴 평판 성형단계; 부채꼴 평판 성형단계에서 성형된 성형품을 체결부재의 형태인 호형 경사판으로 성형하는 호형 경사판 성형단계; 호형 경사판 성형단계에서 성형된 성형품의 내주면에 세레이션돌기를 성형하는 세레이션돌기 성형단계;를 포함하는 기술 구성을 통하여 철근 커플러에서 철근을 가압 밀착하여 고정할 수 있도록 하는 체결부재를 프레스 성형으로 간편하게 제조할 수 있게 되어 체결부재의 생산성 향상과 원가절감을 도모할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a fastening member of a reinforced bar coupler, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method for a fastening member of a reinforced bar coupler of an arc shape, which has a plurality of serration protrusions vertically provided on the inner surface, and the outer circumferential surface formed in an inclined surface having a diameter becoming bigger in a downward direction. Here, the fastening member of a reinforced bar coupler is fabricated in a successive press work by means of a press machine having a plurality of dies and punches. The manufacturing method thereof comprises: a trapezoid cylinder shaping step that a cylinder material having identical upper and lower diameters is shaped as a trapezoid cylinder having a diameter becoming bigger downwards; a fan-shaped flat plate shaping step that a shaped product, shaped in the trapezoid cylinder shaping step, is shaped in a fan-shaped flat plate; an arc-shaped inclined plate shaping step that the shaped product, shaped in the fan-shaped flat plate shaping step, is shaped in an arc-shaped inclined plate, which is the shape of a fastening member; and a serration protrusion shaping step that a serration protrusion is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the product shaped in an arc-shaped inclined plate shaping step. Therefore, the fastening member, which is provided to fixate a reinforced bar by pressurizing and adhering the same in a reinforced bar coupler, is conveniently manufactured through press forming. Resultantly, productivity of the fastening member can be increased, and fabrication costs thereof can be decreased.
