Demolition method of basement of building using underground structure as support
The present invention relates to a demolition method for a basement of a building using an underground structure as a support and, more specifically, to a demolition method for a basement of a building in a downtown area, capable of demolishing a basement of a building by using an underground structure as a support without using an additional device or an additional structure by using the underground structure of the building to be demolished in a downtown area as a structure supporting earth pressure. According to the present invention, the demolition method for a basement of a building using an underground structure as a support can reduce demolition costs and demolition periods by supporting the earth pressure using a part of the basement to be demolished without using the additional structure or the additional device when demolishing the basement unlike a conventional art. The demolition method for a basement of a building using an underground structure as a support can prevent earth and soil in a periphery or underground water from flowing into the basement when demolishing an outer wall of the basement by demolishing the basement after constructing grouting for demolishing a basement on the outside of the outer wall of the basement. Moreover, the demolition method for a basement of a building using an underground structure as a support can require low costs using a kind of fly ash generated in a thermoelectric power plant.
본 발명은 지하 구조물을 지지체로 활용한 건물 지하층 철거공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 특히 도심지 철거대상 건물의 지하 구조물을 토압을 지지하는 구조물로 사용함으로써 별도의 장치나 구조물을 사용하지 않고 지하 구조물을 지지체로 직접 활용하여 건물의 지하층을 철거할 수 있는 도심지 건물의 지하층 철거공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 지하 구조물을 지지체로 활용한 건물 지하층 철거공법에 의하면, 종래 기술과 달리 지하층을 철거할 때 별도의 구조물이나 장치를 사용하지 않고 철거할 지하층의 일 부분을 이용하여 토압을 지지하므로 철거 기간을 단축할 수 있으며 철거 비용을 줄일 수 있는 이점이 있고, 지하층의 외벽의 외측에 지하층 철거용 그라우팅을 시공한 후에 지하층을 철거하므로 지하층 외벽을 철거할 때 주변의 토사나 지하수가 지하층의 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있다는 이점이 있으며, 화력발전소에서 발생되는 플라이 애시의 일종을 사용하므로 비용이 저렴하다는 이점이 있다.
