The present invention relates to a parking lot finishing construction method, which has excellent slip preventing performance, strength and durability and can implement efficient construction by using super hard urethane flooring. The present invention includes: a primer layer forming step of applying urethane primers to an upper portion of a construction surface; a floor layer forming step of applying a surface preparing agent to an upper portion of a primer layer; a thick film forming step of applying super hard urethane flooring to an upper portion of a floor layer; and a coating layer forming step of applying an urethane top coating material to an upper portion of a thick film layer.
본 발명은 초고경질 우레탄 바닥재를 이용하여 미끄럼 방지 성능, 강도 및 내구성이 우수함은 물론 효율적인 시공을 실현할 수 있도록 한 주차장 마감 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 시공면 상부에 우레탄 프라이머를 도포하는 프라이머층 형성 단계, 그리고 상기 프라이머층의 상부에 바탕조정재를 도포하는 바닥층 형성 단계, 그리고 상기 바닥층의 상부에 초고경질 우레탄 바닥재를 도포하는 후막층 형성 단계, 그리고 상기 후막층의 상부에 우레탄 탑코팅재를 도포하는 코팅층 형성 단계를 포함한다.
