The present invention relates to a placing apparatus, which is used for placing construction of a continuous road drainage facility forming a plurality of collecting wells spaced apart from a side gutter of a road and a drainage part formed by connecting the collecting wells through a drain pipe. The placing apparatus includes: a main body formed with an internal space, the bottom open, and an opening bored on one side of the top; a hopper formed with an inlet, through which mortar cement is introduced, at the top and formed on an upper surface of the opening; and a pipe protecting part formed in the main body to protect an outer surface of the drain pipe.
