Multipurpose prefabricated roof system with double interlocking connection structure
The present invention relates to a multipurpose prefabricated roof system with a double interlocking connection structure and, more specifically, to a technique of a novel concept which conveniently connects and assembles roof members to construct a roof, perfectly realizes waterproofing of connection portions between roof members, prevents deformation by contraction and expansion of roof members, and uses roof members for various purposes. A conventional roof system penetrates a fixing clip and an upper steel plate by a fixing bolt to fix the fixing clip and the upper steel plate to have a complex structure and degrade constructability, exposes the fixing bolt to the outside to degrade appearance, and completely eliminates a gap between the fixing clip and the upper steel plate to cause a problem where the upper steel plate is deformed by contraction and expansion. To solve the problem, the present invention conveniently and integrally assembles and installs a fixing clip and a roof member by inserting the fixing clip into an interlocking groove horizontally formed on one side of the roof member after fixing the fixing clip on a roof fixing member (a lower panel, a rail, etc.), and inserts a lower overlap unit formed on the other side of another roof member into the interlocking groove to doubly interlock and connect a pair of adjacent roof members.
본 발명은 더블 인터로킹 연결구조를 갖는 다용도 조립식 지붕시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 지붕재를 간편하게 연결 조립하여 지붕을 시공함은 물론 지붕재 상호 간의 연결부위 방수를 완벽하게 구현하고, 지붕재의 수축 팽창에 따른 변형을 방지하며, 지붕재를 다양한 용도로 활용하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 지붕시스템은 고정클립과 상부강판을 고정볼트로 관통하여 고정함으로써 구조가 복잡함은 물론 시공성이 저하되고, 고정볼트가 외부로 노출되어 외관성이 저하되며, 상기 고정클립 및 상부강판 상호 간의 유격이 전혀 없어 상부강판이 수축 팽창에 의한 변형이 발생하는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 지붕 고정재(하부판넬, 레일 등)에 고정클립을 고정한 후 고정클립을 지붕재의 일측에 수평상으로 형성된 인터록킹 홈에 끼우는 방식으로 간편하게 고정클립 및 지붕재를 일체로 조립 설치하고, 다른 지붕재의 타측에 형성된 하부 오버랩부를 상기 인터록킹 홈에 끼워 인접된 한 쌍의 지붕재를 이중으로 인터로킹 연결하도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
