NONSLIP DECK BOARD AND DECK BOARD PRODUCED THEREFROM
The present invention relates to a device for processing a non-slip deck material and a non-slip deck material manufactured by the same. The present invention can improve productivity of a non-slip deck material by easily installing a non-slip mixing member in the non-slip deck material, in which a non-slip installing groove for installing the non-slip mixing member is formed in a longitudinal direction, by automatic equipment. In addition, the present invention improves quality of the non-slip deck material by solidly installing the non-slip mixing member in the non-slip installing groove. The device for processing a non-slip deck material comprises: a main supporting frame (100) which supports the non-slip deck material (10) to be moved in which the non-slip installing groove (11) is formed in the longitudinal direction on one surface; a deck material transferring member (200) which transfers the non-slip deck material (10) on an upper part of the main supporting frame (100) from one side to the other side of the longitudinal direction of the main supporting frame (100); and an inputting device (300) which inputs the non-slip mixing member (13) to the non-slip installing groove (11) of the non-slip deck material (10) moved from the one side to the other side of the longitudinal direction of the main supporting frame (100) by the deck material transferring member (200).
본 발명은 논슬립데크재 가공장치 및 이로 제조된 논슬립데크재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 논슬립배합부재를 설치하기 위한 논슬립설치홈이 길이방향으로 형성된 논슬립데크재에 상기 논슬립배합부재를 자동화 설비에 의해 용이하게 설치할 수 있도록 하여 논슬립데크재의 생산성 향상을 이룰 수 있도록 하고, 상기 논슬립설치홈에 상기 논슬립배합부재가 견고히 설치될 수 있도록 함으로써 논슬립데크재의 품질 향상을 기대할 수 있는 논슬립데크재 가공장치 및 이로 제조된 논슬립데크재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 일측면에 논슬립설치홈(11)이 길이방향으로 형성된 논슬립데크재(10)를 이동가능하게 지지하는 메인지지프레임(100); 상기 메인지지프레임(100)의 상부에 올려진 상기 논슬립데크재(10)를 상기 메인지지프레임(100)의 길이방향 일측에서 타측으로 이송시키는 데크재이송부재(200); 상기 데크재이송부재(200)에 의해 상기 메인지지프레임(100)의 길이방향 일측에서 타측방향으로 이동되는 상기 논슬립데크재(10)의 논슬립설치홈(11)에 논슬립배합부재(13)를 투입하는 투입장치(300);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a device for processing a non-slip deck material and a non-slip deck material manufactured by the same. The present invention can improve productivity of a non-slip deck material by easily installing a non-slip mixing member in the non-slip deck material, in which a non-slip installing groove for installing the non-slip mixing member is formed in a longitudinal direction, by automatic equipment.
