Ultra lightweight cement composition and method of preparing thereof
The present invention relates to an ultralight cement composition and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an ultralight cement composition, which does not include an additional lightweight material such as perlite, fly ash, and the like, does not require an additional mixing agent for making artificial bubbles, thereby being excellent in an economical aspect to realize mass commercialization; and a manufacturing method thereof. Moreover, since an alkali activation method is applied, cement is quickly hardened and an excellent compressive strength different from conventional ultralight cement with a remarkably reduced compressive strength is provided to have excellent durability and fire resistance. By having a specific gravity lower than 1.0, which is the specific gravity of water, the ultralight cement composition can be applied to an ultralight interior and exterior building materials, an insulation material, finishing cement, and the like. In particular, an excessive load is not applied to a high-rise building, the ultralight cement composition provides excellent efficiency. According to the present invention, the ultralight cement composition comprises a binder, an activation material, and silica fume.
본 발명은 초경량 시멘트 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 펄라이트, 플라이애쉬 등의 추가적인 경량 재료가 포함되지 않고, 인공 기포를 만들기 위한 추가적인 혼화재가 필요하지 않으며 이로 인해 경제적 측면에 우수하여 대량 상업화가 가능하며, 알칼리 활성화 방법을 적용하기 때문에 시멘트가 빠르게 응결되고, 압축 강도가 현저히 떨어지는 종래의 초경량 시멘트와 달리 우수한 압축 강도를 나타내어 우수한 내구성 및 내화성을 나타내며, 물의 비중인 1.0 보다 낮은 비중을 갖기 때문에 초경량 건축용 내외장재, 단열재, 마감용 시멘트 등에 응용될 수 있고, 특히 고층 건축물에 과도한 하중을 주지 않아 효율성이 우수한 초경량 시멘트 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
