Manufacturing method of high-intensity anti-slip packaging material and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a high toughness anti-slip packaging material having thermal barrier properties and a construction method thereof. The high toughness anti-slip packaging material comprises: 10 to 20 parts by weight of a methyl-methacrylate resin (MMA resin); 2 to 8 parts by weight of poly methyl-methacrylate (PMMA resin); 2 to 8 parts by weight of a butyl methacrylate monomer (BMA) resin; 1 to 5 parts by weight of butyl ester; 5 to 12 parts by weight of a diallyl phthalate resin; 0.3 to 1.2 parts by weight of aramid fibers; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a vacuum body; 10 to 20 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 20 to 30 parts by weight of silica; and 15 to 25 parts by weight of aggregate.
본 발명은, MMA수지(methyl-methacrylate resin) 10~20중량부와, PMMA수지(poly mehyl-methacrylate) 2~8중량부와, 메타아크릴산부틸(Butyl Methacrylate Monomer : BMA)수지 2~8중량부와, Bytyl ester 1~5중량부와, Dially phthalate resin 5~12중량부와, 아라미드섬유 0.3~1.2중량부와, 진공체 1~5중량부와, 탄산칼슘 10~20중량부와, 실린카 20~30중량부와, 골재 15~25중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
