The present invention provides a front block for a reinforced earth retaining wall and a reinforced earth retaining wall structure having the same, which allow the front block and a reinforcing material to be rigidly fixed to each other with a simple structure so that safety and economic feasibility of the front block are excellent. The front block for a reinforced earth retaining wall includes a coupling hole penetrating a side wall part of a main body. One side of the reinforcing material installed on a reinforced earth body is positioned so as to penetrate the coupling hole.
