Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a reinforcement soil block using coal ash and granite soil, which is to remove smell of cement. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step a) of mixing and heating pine and purified water to make a pine extract; a step b) of immersing granite soil in the pine extract to make processed granite soil containing components extracted from the pine; a step c) of mixing fly ash of coal ash and a thermoplastic resin made of polypropylene, and forming the resin mixture to make a synthetic panel; a step d) of crushing the synthetic panel and screening the crushed synthetic panel to make first aggregates with a particle size of 5 to 7 mm; a step e) of crushing bottom ash of the coal ash and screening the crushed bottom ash to prepare second aggregates with a particle size of 1 to 4 mm; a step f) of mixing 42 to 45 wt% of the first aggregate, 24 to 29 wt% of the second aggregate, and 27 to 33 wt% of the processed granite soil to make mixed aggregate; and a step g) of mixing 63 to 73 wt% of the mixed aggregate, 17 to 22 wt% of the cement, 8 to 12 wt% of mixing water, and 1 to 4 wt% of a mixing agent to prepare a composition for a reinforcement soil block, and inserting the composition into a mold to perform forming and curing so as to manufacture the reinforcement soil block.
석탄재와 화강토를 이용한 보강토 블럭 제조방법이 개시된다. 개시된 석탄재와 화강토를 이용한 보강토 블럭 제조방법은 a) 소나무와 정제수를 혼합 가열하여 소나무 추출액을 제조하는 단계; b) 화강토를 상기 소나무 추출액에 침지시켜 소나무 추출성분이 함유된 가공 화강토를 제조하는 단계; c) 석탄재 중 비회(fly ash)와 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 열가소성 수지를 혼합하고, 혼합된 수지혼합물을 성형하여 합성패널을 제조하는 단계; d) 상기 합성패널을 분쇄하고 체에 걸러 입경이 5mm~7mm인 제1골재를 제조하는 단계; e) 석탄재 중 저회(bottom ash)를 분쇄하고 체에 걸러 입경이 1mm~4mm인 제2골재를 준비하는 단계; f) 상기 제1골재 42~45 중량%, 상기 제2골재 24~29 중량% 및 상기 가공 화강토 27~33 중량%를 혼합하여 혼합골재를 제조하는 단계; g) 상기 혼합골재 63~73 중량%, 시멘트 17~22 중량%, 배합수 8~12중량%, 혼화제 1~4 중량%로 배합하여 보강토블럭용 조성물을 준비하고, 준비된 보강토블럭용 조성물을 형틀에 넣어 성형한 후 양생하여 보강토블럭를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
