The present invention relates to a steel tower assembly device of an extra-high voltage transmission and distribution line and, more specifically, to an improved steel tower assembly device of an extra-high voltage transmission and distribution line which can maintain a safe extra-high voltage transmission and distribution line in response to changes in tension of the transmission and distribution lines while being able to be safely maintained even by strong winds (including typhoons) having an instantaneous speed of over 40 m per second as a weather abnormality occurs.
본 발명은 특고압 배전선로의 철탑 조립장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기상이상이 발생되면서 초속 40m가 넘는 순간속도를 갖는 강풍(태풍 포함)에 의해서도 안전하게 유지될 수 있으면서 송배전선의 장력 변화에도 대응하여 안전한 특고압 송배전선로를 유지할 수 있도록 개선된 특고압 배전선로의 철탑 조립장치에 관한 것이다.
