Disclosed is an easy-to-maintain elastic support using a wedge member which allows end support units to apply force for inwardly pressurizing ends of a rubber elastic body in an installation process thereof or after the installation thereof, can easily adjust the magnitude of an initial pressing force for inwardly pressurizing the ends, and can support the rubber elastic body with a large force. The easy-to-maintain elastic support using a wedge member includes the end support units which are installed on either a lower plate or an upper plate and respectively support the ends of the rubber elastic body inwardly on sides opposite to both sides of the rubber elastic body. The end support units each include: a wedge insertion portion forming member which is installed on either the lower plate or the upper plate and has an inclined surface disposed to be inclined with respect to the surface of each of the ends to form a wedge insertion portion; and a wedge member inserted into the wedge insertion portion to directly or indirectly support the end and increases the pressing force for pressing the end inwardly as the degree of the insertion thereof into the wedge insertion portion increases.
단부지지 유닛은 그 설치과정 또는 설치 후에도 고무탄성체의 단부를 내측으로 가압하는 힘을 작용시키도록 할 수 있고, 필요에 따라 내측으로 가압하는 초기 가압력의 크기도 쉽게 조절할 수 있고, 고무탄성체를 큰 힘으로 받쳐줄 수 있는 쐐기부재를 이용한 유지관리가 용이한 탄성받침이 개시된다. 상기 쐐기부재를 이용한 유지관리가 용이한 탄성받침은 하부판과 상부판 중 어느 하나에 설치되고 고무탄성체 양측의 반대편에서 고무탄성체의 단부를 내측을 향해 각각 지지하는 복수 개의 단부지지 유닛을 포함하고, 단부지지 유닛은, 상기 어느 하나에 설치되고 상기 단부의 표면과 경사지게 배치된 경사면을 구비하여 상기 단부와의 사이에 쐐기삽입부를 형성하는 쐐기삽입부 형성구 및 쐐기삽입부에 삽입되어 상기 단부를 직, 간접으로 지지하고 쐐기삽입부에 삽입되는 정도가 증가할수록 상기 단부를 내측으로 가압하는 가압력을 증가시키는 쐐기부재를 포함하는 구성을 한다.
