SCAFFOLD UNIT SET FOR SCAFFOLD INSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING SCAFFOLD USING THEREOF
Provided is a technology which can automatically calculate and install scaffolds of various sizes by means of coupling of ready-made units in various construction sites. To this end, a scaffold unit set for scaffold installation according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a main pipe unit which is a pipe-shaped unit with at least one unit length, and in which a plurality of first holes are formed on an outer circumferential surface in order to penetrate the outer circumferential surface in one direction facing the center of a pipe and being in parallel with a diameter direction of the pipe, such that a bolt can be inserted towards the first hole at one side and an end side of the bolt can penetrate through the first hole on the opposite side to allow a nut to be coupled by means of a screw thread formed at the end side of the bolt, and a male coupling unit and a female coupling unit are respectively formed at both end sides in a longitudinal direction to allow fit-coupling of different pipes; a connecting pipe unit which has the width of an inner circumferential surface to accommodate the end side of the main pipe unit, and is provided to induce and fix the coupling among the main pipe units at a connecting point of the main pipe units in at least one direction, wherein a plurality of second holes are formed at a location corresponding to the first holes, such that the second holes and the first holes can be fixed and coupled by the insertion of the bolt and the coupling of the nut; a foothold unit which has a latching unit formed at both ends in a width direction in order to be latched and coupled to the main pipe units, wherein a plurality of third holes are formed in the latching unit at a location corresponding to the first holes such that the third holes and the first holes can be coupled by the insertion of the bolt and the coupling of the nut; and a bolt unit which includes the bolt and the nut.
다양한 공사 현장에 기성화된 유닛의 결합을 통해서 다양한 사이즈의 비계를 자동으로 계수하여 설치할 수 있는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 비계 설치를 위한 비계 유닛 세트는, 하나 이상의 단위 길이를 갖는 파이프형 유닛으로서, 외주면에는 파이프의 중심을 향하고 파이프의 직경방향과 평행한 일 방향을 통해 외주면 사이를 관통할 수 있도록 다수의 제1 홀이 형성되어, 일 측의 제1 홀을 향해 볼트가 삽입되고, 대향되는 측의 제1 홀을 통해 볼트 단측이 통과되어 볼트 단측에 형성된 나사선을 통해 너트가 결합될 수 있도록 구비되며, 길이방향의 양 단측에는 서로 다른 파이프끼리 끼움 결합될 수 있는 수 결합부 및 암 결합부가 각각 형성되어 있는 메인 파이프 유닛; 메인 파이프 유닛의 단측을 수용하도록 내주면의 폭이 설정되고, 적어도 하나 이상의 방향의 상기 메인 파이프 유닛의 연결 지점에서 메인 파이프 유닛끼리의 결합을 유도 및 고정하기 위하여 구비되며, 제1 홀에 일치되는 위치에 다수의 제2 홀이 형성되어, 제 2홀과 제1 홀이 볼트의 삽입 및 너트의 결합을 통해 고정 결합될 수 있도록 구비된 연결 파이프 유닛; 메인 파이프 유닛에 걸림 결합될 수 있도록 폭 방향의 양 단측에 걸림부가 형성되어 있고, 걸림부에는 제1 홀에 일치되는 위치에 다수의 제3 홀이 형성되어, 제3 홀과 제1 홀이 볼트의 삽입 및 너트의 결합을 통해 결합될 수 있도록 구비된 발판 유닛; 및 볼트와 너트를 포함하는 볼트 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
