Soil nailing slope reinforcement system to panel
The present invention relates to a soil nailing slope surface reinforcing system connected to a panel. An inner space of a perforated hole of a cut slope surface is divided into an inner space part filled with mortar and an outer space part filled with a grout material by a corrugated pipe so that the use amount of the grout material is prominently reduced. Therefore, reduction of a construction cost is promoted. Also, grouting efficiency of the grout material is improved so that durability with respect to tensile force, shearing force and bending moments is improved. Therefore, the cut slope surface ground is solidly reinforced by an assembly with the panel and more greatly resists activity deformation of the slope surface so that suppressing effects of shearing deformation can be improved. To this end, the present invention includes a composite steel wire (10), a panel type retaining wall (20) and non-woven fabric (30).
본 발명은 패널에 연결하는 쏘일네일링 비탈면 보강 시스템에 관련되며, 이는 깎기비탈면의 천공홀 내부 공간이 주름관에 의해 몰탈이 충진되는 내측 공간부와 그라우트재가 충진되는 외측 공간부로 구분되어 그라우트재 사용량이 현저히 감소되어 시공원가 절감을 도모하고, 그라우트재의 그라우팅효율 향상으로 인장력, 전단력 및 휨모멘트에 대한 내구성이 향상되어 깎기비탈면 지반이 패널과의 조립체에 의해 견고하게 보강되면서 비탈면 활동변형에 보다 크게 저항하여 전단변형 억제효과가 향상되도록 하기 위해 복합강선(10), 패널식 옹벽(20), 부직포(30)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
