ASSEMBLY HOUSE USING UNIT CONTAINER MODULE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated building using unit container modules. The prefabricated building using unit container modules is formed to be capable of adjusting a height, a width, and a length by coupling a plurality of unit container modules to each other. Each of the plurality of unit container modules includes: a base horizontally arranged on the ground and provided with lower square pipes arranged on corner areas of the upper surface thereof to protrude to a predetermined height; a roof arranged above the base to be separated, and provided with upper square pipes arranged on corner areas of the lower surface thereof to protrude to a predetermined height; a plurality of posts wherein lower portions thereof are inserted into the lower square pipes and upper portions thereof are inserted into the upper square pipes to couple the base and the roof; and a plurality of side panels coupled between neighboring posts to form walls. The area of the upper and lower square pipes is formed to be smaller than the inner area of the post. Bolts to fix the positions of the upper and lower square pipes are horizontally coupled to the outer walls of the posts into which the upper and lower square pipes are inserted.
본 발명은 단위컨테이너모듈을 이용한 조립식건물에 관한 것으로서, 복수개의 단위컨테이너모듈이 서로 결합되어 높이와 폭 및 길이가 조절가능하게 형성되며, 상기 복수개의 단위컨테이너모듈은 각각, 지면에 수평하게 배치되며 상면 모서리 영역에 하부각관이 일정 높이 돌출되게 구비되는 베이스와; 상기 베이스의 상부에 이격되게 구비되며 하면 모서리 영역에 상부각관이 일정 길이 하부로 돌출되게 구비되는 루프와; 하부는 상기 하부각관에 삽입되고, 상부는 상기 상부각관에 끼워져 상기 베이스와 상기 루프를 결합시키는 복수개의 포스트와; 이웃하는 포스트 사이에 결합되어 벽면을 형성하는 복수개의 측면판넬을 포함하며, 상기 상부각관과 상기 하부각관의 면적은 상기 포스트의 내부 면적 보다 작게 형성되고, 상기 상부각관과 상기 하부각관이 삽입된 상기 포스트의 외벽면에는 내부의 상부각관과 상기 하부각관의 위치를 고정하기 위한 볼트가 수평방향으로 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
