INTEGRATED SCAFFOLDING MODULE AND ECO SMART SYSTEM SCAFFOLDING USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an integrated scaffolding module and eco-friendly smart system scaffolding using the same. According to the present invention, the integrated scaffolding module comprises: a plurality of inner vertical members (110) which come in contact with a construction structure to have intervals with specific lengths and are formed in a pipe shape to be vertically arranged to construct scaffolding installed adjacent to an edge of the construction structure to allow workers to transport various materials or form a space for a moving passage and work; a plurality of outer vertical members (120) which have intervals with specific lengths in the width direction with respect to the inner vertical members (110) and are formed in a pipe shape to be vertically arranged; and one or more horizontal members (200) integrally coupled to the plurality of inner and outer vertical members in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, one or more integrated scaffolding modules, which are formed into an integrated module of a specific size by welding and coupling horizontal members to vertical members making up system scaffolding, are connected and assembled in various shapes in accordance with a work environment to secure the safety of workers, reduce noise during installation and disassembly, provide construction convenience, and markedly shorten construction periods, and can be recycled to reduce construction costs.
본 발명은 일체형 비계모듈 및 이를 이용한 친환경 스마트 시스템 비계에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 일체형 비계모듈은, 시공물의 둘레에 인접하게 설치되어 작업자가 각종 자재를 운반하거나 이동 통로 및 작업을 위한 공간을 형성하기 위한 비계를 구성하기 위하여 상기 시공물 측에 접하여 특정길이를 갖는 간격을 가지며 파이프형태로 형성되어 수직으로 배치되는 복수개의 내측수직재(110); 상기 내측수직재(110)에 대해 폭방향으로 특정길이를 갖는 간격을 가지며 파이프형태로 형성되어 수직으로 배치되는 복수개의 외측수직재(120); 및 상기 복수개의 내측수직재 및 외측수직재에 대해 수평방향으로 일체형으로 결합되는 하나 이상의 수평재(200);를 구비하며, 상호간에 서로 조립이 가능한 일체형 모듈형태로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은, 시스템 비계를 구성하는 수직재에 수평재를 용접 결합하여 특정 크기를 갖는 일체형 모듈로 형성되는 하나 이상의 일체형 비계모듈을 작업환경에 맞추어 다양한 형태로 연결 조립함으로써 작업자의 안전성을 확보함과 동시에 설치 및 해체시에 소음을 줄이고 시공상의 편리함을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공사기간을 현저하게 단축 시킬 수 있으며 재활용이 가능하여 건설비용을 줄일 수 있는 일체형 비계모듈 및 이를 이용한 친환경 스마트 시스템 비계를 제공하는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an integrated scaffolding module and eco-friendly smart system scaffolding using the same. 본 발명은 일체형 비계모듈 및 이를 이용한 친환경 스마트 시스템 비계에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 일체형 비계모듈은, 시공물의 둘레에 인접하게 설치되어 작업자가 각종 자재를 운반하거나 이동 통로 및 작업을 위한 공간을 형성하기 위한 비계를 구성하기 위하여 상기 시공물 측에 접하여 특정길이를 갖는 간격을 가지며 파이프형태로 형성되어 수직으로 배치되는 복수개의 내측수직재(110); 상기 내측수직재(110)에 대해 폭방향으로 특정길이를 갖는 간격을 가지며 파이프형태로 형성되어 수직으로 배치되는 복수개의 외측수직재(120); 및 상기 복수개의 내측수직재 및 외측수직재에 대해 수평방향으로 일체형으로 결합되는 하나 이상의 수평재(200);를 구비하며, 상호간에 서로 조립이 가능한 일체형 모듈형태로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은, 시스템 비계를 구성하는 수직재에 수평재를 용접 결합하여 특정 크기를 갖는 일체형 모듈로 형성되는 하나 이상의 일체형 비계모듈을 작업환경에 맞추어 다양한 형태로 연결 조립함으로써 작업자의 안전성을 확보함과 동시에 설치 및 해체시에 소음을 줄이고 시공상의 편리함을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 공사기간을 현저하게 단축 시킬 수 있으며 재활용이 가능하여 건설비용을 줄일 수 있는 일체형 비계모듈 및 이를 이용한 친환경 스마트 시스템 비계를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
