Deck Plate Manufacturing Method using Multi-Step Roll Forming Machine and Forming Die
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a deck plate used for a facility such as a coast pass or a mountain pass. The method for manufacturing a deck plate comprises: a first step of preparing a material having a cross section in which a protrusion and a groove are repeated by bending a flat metal plate at a predetermined interval by a forming process; a second step of preparing a mold device capable of performing a first boring work, a bead forming work, and a deburring work of a firstly bored hole on the material prepared in the first step; a third step of setting the material in the mold device prepared in the second step and firstly boring the hole; a fourth step of performing the first boring work, the bead forming work, and the deburring work on a part of the firstly bored hole at the same time using the mold device after moving the material in which the first boring work is completed as much as a predetermined distance; and a fifth step of repeating a process of performing the first boring work, the bead forming work, and the deburring work on a part of the firstly bored hole at the same time by using the mold device after moving the material in which the fourth step is completed as much as the predetermined distance.
본 발명은 해안 통행로 또는 산악 등산로 등의 시설물에 사용되는 데크플레이트를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 평판 형태의 금속판을 포밍 공정을 통하여 미리 설정된 간격마다 절곡되어 산과 골이 반복되는 단면 형태의 자재를 준비하는 제1단계; 제1단계에서 준비된 자재에 1차 타공, 비드 형성, 및 1차 타공된 구멍의 버링 작업을 함께 수행할 수 있는 금형장치를 준비하는 제2단계; 제2단계에서 준비된 금형장치에 자재를 셋팅하여 1차 타공하는 제3단계; 1차 타공이 완료된 자재를 미리 설정된 거리만큼 이동시킨 후 금형장치를 이용하여 1차 타공, 비드 형성, 및 1차 타공된 구멍 가운데 일부에 대하여 버링 작업을 동시에 수행하는 제4단계; 및, 제4단계가 완료된 자재를 미리 설정된 거리만큼 이동시킨 후 금형장치를 이용하여 1차 타공, 비드 형성, 및 1차 타공된 구멍 가운데 일부에 대하여 버링 작업을 동시에 수행하는 과정을 반복하는 제5단계;를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
