WASHING APPARATUS FOR INSIDE OF PIPE LIKE WATER PIPELINE
The present invention provides an apparatus for washing the interior of pipes, which has a structure in which the compressive force of compressed air is used to increase washing power of washing water and effectively mix compressed air and water. The apparatus for washing the interior of pipes comprises: a washing water producing unit to receive water from a water supply unit and receive compressed air from a compressed air supply unit to discharge washing water in which the water and the compressed air are mixed; and a spray unit to spray the washing water to perform washing. The washing water producing unit includes: an internal mixing space; a compressed air supply pipe to supply compressed air to the mixing space; and a washing water discharge pipe to discharge washing water from the mixing space. The washing water producing unit further includes an air inlet pipe connecting the compressed air supply pipe and the washing water discharge pipe to each other to allow the compressed air supply pipe and the washing water discharge pipe to communicate with each other, and having a flow control valve.
본 발명은 압축공기의 압축력을 이용하여 세척수의 세척력을 높이면서도 압축공기와 물의 혼합이 원활히 이루어지는 구조의 관로 내부의 세척장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 물공급부로부터 물을 공급받고 압축공기공급부로부터 압축공기를 공급받아 물과 압축공기가 혼합된 세척수를 배출하는 세척수발생부와, 상기 세척수를 분사하여 세척하는 분사부를 포함하되, 상기 세척수발생부는 내부의 혼합공간과, 압축공기를 상기 혼합공간에 공급하는 압축공기공급관와, 상기 혼합공간으로부터 세척수가 배출되는 세척수유출관을 포함하고, 상기 압축공기공급관과 세척수유출관을 서로 연결하여 연통시키는 것으로서 유량조절밸브가 구비된 공기유입관을 포함한다.
