Adiabatic waterproof construction method using insulating board
The present invention relates to a wall adiabatic waterproof construction method using an insulating board, which comprises the steps of: (S1) attaching first insulating boards (10) to walls (W) by using an adhesive; (S2)attaching second insulating boards (20) to the walls (W) by using the adhesive, wherein the second insulating boards (20) are bonded to be spaced apart by a separation space (D) from the opposite side of the first insulating boards (10); (S4) forming a filling end (50) for filling the separation space (D) by spraying urethane through a spray gun (not shown) moving along the separation space (D); and (S5) evenly finishing an upper surface of the filling end (50) protruding from the surfaces of the first insulating board (10) and the second insulating board (20) to construct a protective film for finishing.
본 발명은 단열재보드를 이용한 벽체 단열방수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 제1단열재보드(10)를 접착제를 이용하여 벽체(W)에 부착하는 단계(S1)와; 제2단열재보드(20)를 접착제를 이용하여 벽체(W)에 접착하되, 제1단열재보드(10)의 마주보는 측면에서 이격공간(D) 만큼 이격되게 접착하는 단계(S2)와; 이격공간(D)을 따라 이동하는 분사건(미도시)을 통하여 우레탄을 분사함으로서 이격공간(D)을 채우는 채움단(50)을 형성하는 단계(S4)와; 마감을 위한 보호막을 시공할 수 있도록 제1단열재보드(10)와 제2단열재보드(20)의 표면에서 돌출된 채움단(50)의 상부면을 평탄하게 마감하는 단계(S5);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
