The present invention provides a fastener for fixating an insulation material and a finishing material, which concisely and reasonably realizes a mutual coupling structure of a support tube, a fixation plate and a base plate for convenient construction, wherein the support tube and the fixation plate prevent separation of a nonflammable insulation material attached on a concrete wall to prevent fire spreading when a fire occurs and the base plate is coupled to the fixation plate for stably supporting the nonflammable insulation material. According to the present invention, the fastener for fixating an insulation material and a finishing material, which stably maintains the fixation state of the nonflammable insulation material and the finishing material on a concrete wall even when a fire occurs, comprises: the support tube which is fixated on the concrete wall by a concrete nail in a perpendicular state after having passed through the nonflammable insulation material, wherein an incision-type line where both ends of a longitudinal direction meet is formed by a forming process of a metal plate to endure flames and the tip end has a protrusion by which a head portion of the concrete nail is caught; the fixation plate which is formed by a press process of a metal plate to have a through hole perforated at the center to be inserted around the support tube and a step and a rib on a flange spread to the outer side from the through hole to enhance durability and endure flames; and the base plate fixatedly stuck in the nonflammable insulation material and having a through hole perforated at the center to be inserted around the support tube, a seating groove and a seating step with which the fixation plate is in contact, and a plurality of hooking pieces which are formed in the through hole, wherein an edge portion of the flange of the fixation plate is inserted between the hooking pieces and the seating groove to be fastened.

본 발명은 화재시 콘크리트 벽체에 부착된 불연성 단열재의 탈락됨을 방지하여 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있도록 한 지지관 및 고정플레이트 그리고 불연성 단열재의 안정적 지지를 위해 고정플레이트에 결합되는 베이스플레이트의 상호 결합 구조가 간결하고 합리적으로 이루어지면서 시공이 편리하도록 한 단열재 및 마감재 고정용 화스너를 개시한다. 본 발명의 단열재 및 마감재 고정용 화스너는 콘크리트 벽체에 불연성 단열재 및 마감재를 화재시에도 안정적으로 고정상태를 유지시키는 것으로서, 콘크리트 벽체에 불연성 단열재를 관통한 후 직교상태로 콘크리트못에 의해 고정되어지며 화염에 견딜 수 있도록 금속판을 포밍 가공을 통해 길이방향 양단이 접하는 절개형태의 선이 형성되고 선단부는 콘크리트못의 머리부가 걸리도록 단턱이 형성된 지지관과; 상기 지지관에 끼워지도록 중앙에 관통공이 천공되고 이 관통공으로부터 외측으로 확산되는 플랜지에는 단차 및 리브가 형성되어 내구성을 향상시키면서 화염에 견딜 수 있도록 금속판을 프레스 가공을 통해 형성된 고정플레이트; 및 상기 불연성 단열재에 꽂혀 고정되고 상기 지지관에 끼워지도록 중앙에 관통공이 천공되며 상기 고정플레이트가 접하는 안착홈 및 안착턱이 형성되며 상기 관통공에는 다수의 걸림편이 형성되고 이 걸림편과 안착홈 사이로 상기 고정플레이트의 플랜지 테두리부분이 끼워져 결속되도록 형성된 베이스플레이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
