The present invention relates to a steel structure with a reinforcement means and a fireproof means. The steel structure comprises: a first steel member including a first upper flange and a first lower flange spaced apart from each other, and a first web connecting the first upper and lower flanges to each other; a second steel member which is horizontally connected to one end of the first steel member, and includes a second upper flange and a second lower flange spaced apart from each other, and a second web connecting the second upper and lower flanges to each other; a first reinforcement structure commonly coupled with the first and second upper flanges; a second reinforcement structure commonly coupled with the first and second lower flanges; and fireproof panels including an upper fireproof panel installed between the upper surfaces of the first and second upper flanges and the first reinforcement structure, a lower fireproof panel installed between the lower surfaces of the first and second lower flanges and the second reinforcement structure, and side fireproof panels respectively installed on both sides of the first and second steel members.
