SECTION SHAPE STEEL OF HIGH-RIGIDITY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
According to the present invention, provided is high-hardness section steel manufactured as a rolled steel material goes through a process comprising a hole punching step, a front side reinforcement pattern formation step, a lateral wing reinforcement line formation step, an inner bending line formation step, an outer bending line formation step, an outer bending line bending step, an inner bending line bending step and a cutting step. The high-hardness section steel comprises: a front side part (110) formed in a panel shape having a length in a transverse direction; a wing part (120) formed by bending both ends of the front side part (110) in the transverse direction; a reinforcement piece (150) formed by bending an end of the wing part (120) to the bottom of the front side part (110) to have a length in the transverse direction; a reinforcement groove part (140) formed to have a length in the transverse direction of the center of the wing part (120) while being dented inwards, and comprising a horizontal surface (141) in the center and inclined surfaces (142) extended upwards from both ends of the horizontal surface (141), wherein the inclined surfaces (142) are inclined at an inclination of 30-60 degrees and the inclined surfaces (142) on both sides are laterally symmetrical to each other; and a reinforcement pattern part (130) formed in the transverse direction of the center of the front side part (110) and including shape parts (131a, 131b) inclined at a predetermined inclination while being laterally symmetrical to each other and spaced from each other. Therefore, the strength of the wing part is enhanced by reinforcing bending hardness.
본 발명은 롤형태로 권취된 철재가 홀타공단계, 전면보강패턴성형단계, 측면날개보강라인성형단계, 내측절곡라인성형단계, 외측절곡라인성형단계, 외측절곡라인절곡단계, 내측절곡라인절곡단계 및 절단단계의 공정을 거쳐 형강을 제조하며, 가로방향 길이로 형성된 판재형의 전면부(110);와, 상기 전면부(110) 양단을 각각 가로방향 길이로 절곡된 날개부(120);와, 상기 날개부(120)의 단부를 가로방향 길이로 전면부(110) 하측으로 절곡된 보강편(150);과, 상기 날개부(120) 중앙의 가로방향 길이로 형성되면서 내측으로 요입되며, 중앙의 수평면(141)과 상기 수평면(141) 양측 단부에서 상향 연장된 경사면(142)으로 형성하되, 상기 경사면(142)은 30~60도의 기울기로 경사지게 형성되면서 양측 경사면(142)이 상호 좌우대칭으로 형성된 보강홈부(140); 및, 상기 전면부(110) 중앙의 가로방향으로 형성되어 서로 좌우대칭이면서 소정의 기울기로 경사진 형상부(131a)(131b)가 이격되게 배열되는 보강패턴부;(130)로 이루어지는 고강성의 형강을 제공한다.
