The present invention includes the following steps of: (S10) forming a first perforation at a predetermined depth at the top of the ground; (S20) mounting an external tube having a smaller diameter than the first perforation on the inside of the first perforation; (S30) filling a grouting material between an inner circumference of the first perforation and an outer circumference of the external tube; and (S40) forming a second perforation into a lower portion of the first perforation so as to have a smaller diameter than the external tube in the external tube and mounting an internal tube having a plurality of holes formed on a lower portion thereof to communicate with an aquifer while the internal tube is embedded in the second perforation from the top of the ground.
본 발명은 지표에서 일정 깊이로 제 1천공을 하는 단계(S10); 상기 제 1천공의 직경보다 작은 외관을 상기 제 1천공의 내부에 안치시키는 단계(S20); 상기 제 1천공의 내주연과 상기 외관의 외주연 사이에 그라우트재를 충진하는 단계(S30); 및 상기 외관 내부에서 상기 외관보다 작은 직경을 가지도록 상기 제 1천공 하부로 제 2천공을 하고, 지표로부터 상기 제 2천공에 내재되면서 하부에 복수의 유공이 형성되어 대수층에 연통하는 내관을 장착하는 단계(S40);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
