Cylinder protective cover for frame and fixed fire door and fixing method thereof
The present invention relates to a cylinder protection cover for a fire door fixed to a frame and a fixing method thereof and, more specifically, to a cylinder protection cover for a fire door fixed to a frame, capable of preventing a frame, forming a reinforcement frame or inner frame of a fire door, and a protection cover, having an open upper part as an only open part to prevent the permeation of flames and foreign substances, from being randomly dismantled after forcibly inserting the frame and the protection cover with elastic force, and a fixing method thereof. To achieve the purpose, an installation hole into which a cylinder is inserted is formed on a frame vertical plate, a frame wall surface is formed by bending both sides of the frame vertical plate, a frame is formed with elastic hooks formed in the upper and lower parts with a hook end facing the installation hole symmetrically by having one end connected to the frame vertical plate and having the other end bent inwards in order to have elastic force on a position separated from the upper and lower parts of the installation hole, a plate body is bent to have an open front side, an installation hole connected to a doorknob and a cylinder penetrated to be stored is formed on lateral covers placed on both sides receptively to form a storage space storing the cylinder having gone through the installation hole, an insertion step part stepped to be inserted into the frame wall surface is formed, a fixing hole into which the hook end is inserted and fixed is formed on a position corresponding to the elastic hook in the upper and lower covers closing the upper and lower parts of the lateral covers, respectively, and a rear cover is formed to close the rear side.
본 발명은 프레임과 고정되는 방화문용 실린더 보호커버 및 그 고정방법에 관한 것으로서, 방화문 내부프레임 또는 보강프레임을 구성하는 프레임과 이물질과 화염의 침투를 방지하도록 전면만이 개방된 보호커버를 탄성력으로 억지끼움한 후, 반발력에 의해 임의로 해체 불가능한 프레임과 고정되는 방화문용 실린더 보호커버 및 그 고정방법을 제공하도록, 직립된 프레임수직판에 실린더가 내측으로 삽입되는 장착구멍이 형성되고, 상기 프레임수직판의 양측을 내측으로 절곡하여 프레임벽면이 형성되며, 상기 장착구멍의 상부와 하부에서 각각 벗어난 위치에 탄성력을 갖도록 일단은 프레임수직판과 연결되고, 타단을 내측으로 절곡하여 형성된 후크단부가 장착구멍을 마주하는 대칭형상으로 상,하부측에 탄성후크가 형성된 프레임을 구성하고, 판체를 절곡하여 전면이 개방되고, 내부에 상기 장착구멍을 통과한 실린더가 수용되는 수용공간이 형성되도록 양측에 각각 배치되는 측면부커버에는 관통되어 수용된 실린더와 도어손잡이가 연결되는 설치구멍이 형성되며 전방은 상기 프레임벽면에 삽입되도록 단차진 끼움단차부가 형성되고, 상기 측면부커버의 상,하부를 각각 폐쇄하는 상부커버와 하부커버에서 상기 탄성후크와 대응하는 위치에 후크단부가 끼워져 고정되는 고정구멍이 형성되고, 후방을 폐쇄하는 후방커버가 형성된 보호커버로 구성된다.
