PHC foundation reinforcement construction method using cutting PHC pile
The present invention relates to a foundation reinforcement method using a cut PHC pile. In particular, the foundation reinforcement method using a cut PHC pile of the present invention comprises: a raw material preparing step in which a cut PHC pile (3) with the head cut and trimmed is prepared in a construction site of the PHC pile (1) which is made of a concrete material having a hollow portion (1a) formed at the center in a longitudinal direction and embedded with a steel wire (1b) on the inside of a wall body; a pile cutting step in which the cut PHC pile (3) is cut in a uniform height to manufacture a plurality of pile units (4); a mat installation step in which a mat (6) is installed on a cut ground surface (5) on which a base is to be constructed; a unit arrangement step in which the plurality of pile units (4) are arranged on the upper side of the mat (6); a pile connecting step in which the pile units (4), which are adjacent to each other among the arranged pile units (4), are connected to each other by using a connection means; an aggregate filling step in which an aggregate (20) is filled into each pile unit (4) and the space between the pile units (4); and a base construction step in which the base (30) is constructed on the upper side of the pile units (4). Therefore, the cut PHC pile, which remains after the head is cut in the construction site of the PHC pile, is cut to have a uniform height without going through fragmentation and classification processes, so as to be utilized when a foundation of the base is constructed without a fragmentation process. Consequently, costs required for waste treatment can be minimized, and a more solid foundation can be installed at the lower portion of the base, thereby minimizing the possibility of subsidence of the base.
본 발명은 절단 PHC 파일을 이용한 지정 보강 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 절단 PHC 파일을 이용한 지정 보강 공법은, 중앙에 길이 방향으로 중공부(1a)가 형성되어 있는 콘크리트 재질로 이루어져 있되, 벽체 내부에 강선(1b)이 내장되어 있는 PHC 파일(1)의 시공 현장에서 두부 정리되어 절단된 절단PHC파일(3)을 준비하는 원재료준비단계와; 상기 절단PHC파일(3)을 균일한 높이로 절단하여 다수 개의 파일유닛(4)을 제조하는 파일절단단계와; 기초가 시공될 절토 바닥면(5)에 매트(6)를 설치하는 매트설치단계와; 상기 매트(6) 상부에 상기 다수 개의 파일유닛(4)을 배치하는 유닛배치단계와; 배치된 파일유닛(4) 중 서로 인접한 파일유닛들(4)을 연결수단을 이용하여 상호 연결하는 파일연결단계와; 각 파일유닛(4)의 내부 및 파일유닛(4) 사이 공간에 골재(20)를 충진하는 골재충진단계와; 상기 파일유닛(4)의 상측으로 기초(30)를 시공하는 기초시공단계;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, PHC 파일 시공 현장에서 두부 정리하고 남은 절단 PHC 파일을 파쇄,선별하는 작업을 거치지 않고 일정한 높이가 되도록 절단한 다음 이를 기초의 지정 시공시 파쇄 처리 없이 그대로 활용할 수 있게 함으로써 폐기 처리에 소요되는 경비를 최소화하는 것은 물론, 보다 견고한 지정이 기초 하부에 설치됨으로써 기초의 침하 발생 가능성을 최소화할 수 있게 된다.
