SCREEN DOOR ENABLE TO BE EASILY CUT AND ASSEMBLED
The present invention provides a screen door easy to cut and assemble. The screen door comprises: a door frame; a mesh having one end connected to the door frame; a moving support connected to the other end of the mesh and moving in a direction in which the mesh is spread; an accommodation support having an accommodation portion formed in a concave shape to accommodate a portion of the moving support and moved together with the moving support; a coupling unit coupling the moving support and the accommodation support; a caterpillar connected to the door frame and entering the accommodation support as the mesh is wound, so as to be embedded in the accommodation support; and a stand connected to the door frame to support the caterpillar. The moving support includes: a first body portion to which the mesh is coupled; and a second body portion protruded from the first body portion and inserted in the accommodation portion in an insertion direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the accommodation support. The accommodation support includes: a guide unit guiding the change of the direction of the caterpillar; and a built-in unit coupled to an upper portion of the guide unit and providing a space in which the caterpillar direction-switched by the guide unit is built. The coupling unit includes: a body portion fastened to the second body portion; a horizontal fastening portion formed on the body portion and fastened to the accommodation portion by being inserted into the accommodation portion in the insertion direction; and a vertical movement restriction portion formed on the body portion and coupled to the accommodation portion to restrict a relative movement of the moving support in the longitudinal direction with respect to the accommodation support.
본 발명은, 문틀; 상기 문틀에 연결되는 일 단을 구비하는 그물망; 상기 그물망의 타 단에 연결되며, 상기 그물망이 펼쳐지는 방향으로 이동되도록 구성되는 이동지주; 상기 이동지주의 일 부분을 수용하도록 오목한 형태로 형성되는 수용부를 구비하고, 상기 이동지주와 함께 이동되는 수용지주; 상기 이동지주와 상기 수용지주를 결합시키는 결합 유닛; 상기 문틀에 연결되고, 상기 그물망이 감김에 따라 상기 수용지주 내로 진입하여 상기 수용지주에 내장되도록 구성되는 캐터필러; 및 상기 캐터필러를 지지하도록 상기 문틀에 연결되는 받침대를 포함하고, 상기 이동지주는, 상기 그물망이 결합되는 제1 몸체부와, 상기 제1 몸체부에서 돌출되어 상기 수용부에 상기 수용지주의 길이 방향에 수직한 삽입 방향을 따라 삽입되도록 형성되는 제2 몸체부를 포함하고, 상기 수용지주는, 상기 캐터필러의 방향 전환을 안내하는 가이드 유닛 및 상기 가이드 유닛의 상부에 결합되고 상기 가이드 유닛에 의해 방향 전환된 상기 캐터필러가 내장되는 공간을 제공하는 내장 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 결합 유닛은, 상기 제2 몸체부에 체결되는 바디부와, 상기 바디부에 형성되고 상기 삽입 방향을 따라 상기 수용부로 삽입됨에 의해 상기 수용부와 체결되는 수평 체결부와, 상기 바디부에 형성되고 상기 수용부에 결합되어 상기 수용지주에 대하여 상기 길이 방향을 따른 상기 이동지주의 상대 이동을 제한하는 수직이동 제한부를 포함하는, 절단과 조립이 용이한 방충문을 제공한다.

The present invention provides a screen door easy to cut and assemble. The screen door comprises: a door frame; a mesh having one end connected to the door frame; a moving support connected to the other end of the mesh and moving in a direction in which the mesh is spread; an accommodation support having an accommodation portion formed in a concave shape to accommodate a portion of the moving support and moved together with the moving support; a coupling unit coupling the moving support and the accommodation support; a caterpillar connected to the door frame and entering the accommodation support as the mesh is wound, so as to be embedded in the accommodation support; and a stand connected to the door frame to support the caterpillar. The moving support includes: a first body portion to which the mesh is coupled; and a second body portion protruded from the first body portion and inserted in the accommodation portion in an insertion direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the accommodation support.
