ARTIFICIAL MARBLE BLOCK AND MANUFACTURING MTHOD THEREOF
According to the present invention, provided are a marble imitation block and a manufacturing method thereof. The marble imitation block (100) has a surface layer unit (120) which has a pattern imitating natural marble formed by coating a plurality of colored mortar (1, 2, 3) on the upper surface of a base layer unit (110). The surface layer unit (120) includes: a plurality of single color realizing units (121) in which each single color of the plurality of color mortar (1, 2, 3) is realized; and a plurality of mixed color realizing units (122) which are formed by mixing the plurality of color mortar (1, 2, 3) adjacent to each other among the plurality of single color realizing units (121). The marble imitation block (100) is formed by alternately repeating the plurality of single color realizing units (121) and the plurality of mixed color realizing units (122). The present invention can obtain a block with a shape which is similar to natural marble by showing parts where various colors are solely realized and parts where adjacent colors are mixed to be realized.
본 발명은 기층부(110)의 상면에 복수의 컬러몰탈(1,2,3)이 도포되어 대리석 모양이 모사된 표층부(120)가 형성된 대리석 모사 블록(100)에 관한 것으로서, 상기 표층부(120)는, 상기 복수의 컬러몰탈(1,2,3) 각각의 단독컬러가 구현된 복수의 단독컬러구현부(121); 상기 복수의 단독컬러구현부(121) 사이에 인접한 상기 복수의 컬러몰탈(1,2,3)이 믹싱되어 형성된 복수의 믹싱컬러구현부(122);를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 단독컬러구현부(121)와 상기 복수의 믹싱컬러구현부(122)가 교번적으로 반복하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대리석 모사 블록(100) 및 그 제조방법을 제시함으로써, 여러 색상이 단독으로 구현되는 부위와, 인접한 생상이 믹싱되어 구현되는 부위가 모두 나타나도록 하여, 자연 대리석과 유사한 모양의 블록을 얻을 수 있도록 한다.
