The present invention relates to a weeding device mounted on an excavator. The weeding device includes: a weeding device body mounted on an excavator arm; a motor installed in the center of the upper surface of the weeding device body; a double rotary shaft installed vertically in the center of the lower surface of the weeding device body to be connected to the motor to be rotated with delivered driving force; a plurality of cutting blades installed on the double rotary shaft separately at each predetermined height while being dislocated from each other at a predetermined angle in a circumferential direction; a pair of left and right guardrails combined with the left and right sides of the edge of the lower surface of the weeding device body, respectively, to be downwardly positioned at the same height to protect the cutting blades in a manner wherein the cutting blades do not come in contact with the ground during cutting work; and a guard mesh connecting one end of the guardrails to the edge of the lower surface of the weeding device body to protect the cutting blades in a manner wherein stone pieces coming in through a gap between the guardrails do not hit the cutting blades during cutting work. Therefore, the weeding device is capable of more effectively removing weeds, grass, scrub or the like by freely accessing a special area, which is not possible for a vehicle to access, such as pastureland, a hill, hilly land, a riverside, a slope, or the like.
본 발명의 포크레인에 장착되는 제초기는, 포크레인 아암에 장착되는 제초기 몸체와, 상기 제초기 몸체의 상면 중앙에 설치되는 모터와, 상기 제초기 몸체의 하면 중앙에 상기 모터와 연결되어 구동력을 전달받아 회전되도록 수직으로 설치되는 2중 회전축과, 상기 2중 회전축에 일정 높이마다 각각 설치되면서 원주 방향을 따라 일정 각도로 서로 어긋나게 설치되는 다수의 절단날과, 상기 제초기 몸체의 하면 가장자리 좌우측에 동일한 높이로 하향되게 각각 결합되어 제초작업 시 상기 다수의 절단날이 지면과 닿지 않도록 보호하는 좌우 한 쌍의 가드레일과, 상기 제초기 몸체의 하면 가장자리에 대해 상기 좌우 한 쌍의 가드레일들 한쪽 끝단을 연결하여 제초작업 시 좌우 한 쌍의 가드레일들 사이로 진입하는 돌과 상기 절단날들이 충돌하지 않도록 보호하는 가드망체를 포함하여 이루어져 있으므로, 차량진입이 불가능 한 목초지, 야산, 구릉지, 하천가, 비탈길 등의 특수지역을 자유자재로 진입하여 잡초나 잔디, 잡목 등을 보다 효과적으로 제초작업을 수행할 수 있는 것임.
The present invention relates to a weeding device mounted on an excavator.
