The present invention provides a shingle manufacturing method. According to the present invention, the shingle manufacturing method includes: a first step of cutting hardwood into a set length unit by using a cutting means to form first roof materials; a second step of cutting the first roof materials so as to form a square block shape by using a first cutter to form second roof materials; a third step of cutting each of the second roof materials along an inclined direction by using a second cutter to form third roof materials; and a fourth step of performing preservative treatment with respect to the third roof materials by using a preservative material.
본 발명은 너와 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 너와 제조 방법은 절단 수단을 사용하여 원목을 설정된 길이 단위로 절단하여 1차 지붕재들을 형성하는 제 1단계와; 제 1절단기를 사용하여 상기 제 1차 지붕재들을 사각 블록 형상을 이루도록 절단하여 제 2차 지붕재들을 형성하는 제 2단계와; 제 2절단기를 사용하여 상기 제 2차 지붕재들 각각을 경사 방향을 따라 절단하여 제 3차 지붕재들을 형성하는 제 3단계와; 방부재를 사용하여 상기 3차 지붕재들에 대해 방부 처리하는 제 4단계; 를 포함한다.
