Column anti-corrosion structure of wooden cultural property building
The present invention relates to a column corrosion prevention structure for a wooden cultural property building which suppresses inhabitation activities of termites providing corrosion of wooden columns to prevent corrosion of wooden columns supporting an old wooden cultural property building to preventatively preserve and manage cultural properties. The column corrosion prevention structure for a wooden cultural property building comprises: an insertion fixing member which inserts a lower portion of a column of a wooden cultural property building into an insertion groove unit to fix the lower portion of the column, and has a support disk formed on the circumference of the lower end thereof; a foundation stone to fix the insertion fixing member by a coupling anchor bolt; a cylindrical member for wood corrosion prevention of a copper material to enclose the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the insertion groove unit of the insertion fixing member and the lower surface of the insertion groove unit; a pesticide coating member coupled to the support disk of the insertion fixing member; a PTC heater including a temperature and humidity control device on the outer circumference of the foundation stone, wherein the temperature and humidity control device is inserted into insertion holes drilled on the circumference of the foundation stone at regular intervals; and a pipe for humidification control and/or a pipe for dehumidification control installed on an upper and a lower portion of the PTC heater to control humidity in soil by a humidifier and a dehumidifier. The temperature in soil by the PTC heater is controlled to 32°C or higher, and the humidity is controlled to 52-70% RH.
본 발명은 목재 기둥의 부식을 제공하는 흰개미의 서식활동을 억제 시켜 오래된 목조 문화재 건축물을 지탱하는 목재 기둥의 부식을 방지함으로써 문화재를 예방적으로 보존 관리하도록 하는, 목조 문화재의 기둥 부식 방지구조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 구성은, 목조 문화재 건축물의 기둥 하방을 삽입 요입부에 삽입하여 끼워 고정 시키고, 하단 둘레에 지지원판이 형성된 삽입 고정 부재와; 상기 삽입 고정 부재를 결합 앵커 볼트에 의하여 고정 시키는 기초석과; 상기 삽입 고정 부재의 삽입 요입부 내측 둘레면과 외측 둘레면 및 삽입 요입부 하부면 각각을 감싸는 구리 재질의 목재 부식방지용 원통형 부재와; 상기 삽입 고정 부재의 지지원판과 결합한 살충제 코팅 부재와; 상기 기초석 외측 둘레에 온도 및 습도 조절장치를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 온도 및 습도 조절장치는 기초석 둘레에 일정간격을 두고 뚫은 끼움 구멍에 끼워진 PTC 히터와; 상기 PTC 히터의 상, 하부에 가습기 및 제습기에 의해 흙속의 습도를 조절하는 가습 조절용 관 및/또는 제습 조절용 관을 설치하여 구성하고, 상기 PTC 히터에 의한 흙속의 온도는 32℃ 이상으로 조절하고, 습도는 52% RH ~ 70% RH로 조절하도록 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
