Joint Member for Connecting Wooden Construction Modules And Wooden Construction Module Having the Same
The present invention relates to a joint device for a wooden module, which strongly and easily connects a plurality of beams and columns in a three-axis direction to implement a wooden module of a polyhedral structure made up of columns and beams, and which can connect columns or beams of any one wooden module made of columns and beams to columns or beams of another wooden module while stacking the same to be in line with each other, thereby implementing a wooden module structure having a desired shape, and a wooden module structure using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a joint device for a wooden module comprises: a body part including a web which is fitted into a slit formed in one end of a beam constituting a wooden module, and upper and lower flanges which are horizontally formed on upper and lower end portions of the web with respect to the ground to be added to upper and lower surfaces of one end portion of the beam and have a plurality of fastening holes; a beam connection plate laterally vertically formed on one side of the web of the body part to be fitted into a slit formed in one end of another beam constituting the wooden module; and a column connection plate formed vertically upward or downward on the upper or lower flange of the body part to be fitted into a slit formed at the bottom or top of a column.
본 발명은 목재로 된 복수의 보와 기둥을 3축 방향으로 견고하고 용이하게 연결하여 기둥-보로 이루어진 다면체 구조의 목조 모듈을 구현함과 동시에, 기둥-보로 이루어진 어느 한 목조 모듈의 기둥 또는 보를 다른 목재 모듈의 기둥 또는 보와 서로 나란하게 적층하면서 연결할 수 있도록 하여 원하는 형태의 목조 모듈 구조물을 구현할 수 있는 목조 모듈용 조인트 장치 및 이를 이용한 목조 모듈 구조물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 한 형태에 따른 목조 모듈용 조인트 장치는, 목재 모듈을 구성하는 보의 일단에 형성된 슬릿에 끼워지는 웨브와, 상기 웨브의 상단부와 하단부에 지면(地面)에 대해 수평하게 형성되어 상기 보의 일단부의 상부면과 하부면에 덧대어지며 복수의 체결공이 형성되어 있는 상부 플랜지 및 하부 플랜지를 포함하는 본체부; 상기 본체부의 웨브의 일측면에 측방으로 연직하게 형성되어 목재 모듈을 구성하는 다른 보의 일단에 형성된 슬릿에 끼워지는 보연결플레이트; 및, 상기 본체부의 상부 플랜지 또는 하부 플랜지에 상측 또는 하측으로 연직하게 형성되어 기둥의 하단 또는 상단에 형성되어 있는 슬릿에 끼워지는 기둥연결플레이트; 를 포함한다.
