METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BUILDING EXTERIOR MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a building exterior material manufacturing method, and more specifically, to a building exterior material manufacturing method, which can more easily mold a metal board and provides safety. The present invention includes: a cutting step in which the metal board is cut into a predetermined size by a metal cutter; a bending step in which a side of the metal board is bent by a bending machine to form a bent part; and an additional processing step including one or more of a chamfering step in which an edge of the metal board is cut by a chamfering machine, a V-shaped cutting step in which the side of the metal board is cut by a V-shaped cutting machine so that a V-shaped groove is formed, and a perforating step of perforating the metal board to form a through hole.
본 발명은 건물 외장재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 금속판재를 보다 용이하게 성형할 수 있고, 안전성 등을 제공하는 건물 외장재 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 금속판재가 금속절단기에 의해 소정 크기로 커팅 되는 절단단계, 벤딩 머신에 의해 상기 금속판재의 변을 절곡하여 절곡부를 형성하는 절곡단계 및 챔퍼링 머신에 의해 상기 금속판재의 가장자리가 절단되는 모따기단계 V컷팅기에 의해 상기 금속판재의 변이 커팅 되어 V자홈이 형성되는 V컷팅단계 및 상기 금속판재를 천공하여 통공을 형성하는 천공단계 중 일 이상을 포함하는 추가처리단계를 포함한다.
