Base structure easy to replace pillar
The present invention relates to a base structure which is installed at the bottom that becomes a base when replacing a pillar of a public facility such as an old streetlamp or traffic light, for convenient replacement. To be more specifically, the base structure convenient to replace a pillar comprises: a lower plate positioned in the upper part of base concrete where an old pillar is removed, and including a hollow hole so that an electric wire can pass; and an upper plate positioned in the upper part of the lower plate, having one side connected to the lower plate by a hinge means to be able to rotate and the top surface being in contact and coupled with the bottom surface of a pillar, and including a hollow hole at the same position as that of the lower plate. As described above, the base structure convenient to replace a pillar allows a pillar to be conveniently installed or replaced through a process of coupling an anchor bolt protruding from the top surface of the base concrete to the lower plate, lying the pillar on the ground in a horizontal direction, coupling the pillar to the upper plate and, then, standing the same; can easily couple to the lower plate even when the previously buried anchor bolts of the base concrete are at different positions from one another, by including a plurality of lower plate grooves with a predetermined length; and can apply to pillars with different specifications by including a plurality of upper plate grooves with a predetermined length.
본 발명은 노후된 가로등이나 신호등 등의 공공시설물의 지주대를 교체시 기초가 되는 하부 위치에 설치하여 교체가 편리하게 이루어지는 기초 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 노후된 지주대가 제거된 콘크리트 기초 상부에 위치되는 것으로 전선이 통과 될 수 있도록 중공이 하부판 및 상기 하부판 상방에 위치되되 일측면에 힌지수단으로 하부판과 연결설치되어 회동이 가능하고, 상부면에 지주대의 하부면이 맞닿아 결합되며, 하부판과 동일한 위치에 중공을 포함하는 상부판을 포함하여 이루어지는 지주대 교체가 편리한 기초 구조체에 관한 것이다. 이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의한 지주대 교체가 편리한 기초 구조체는 기초 콘크리트 상부면에 돌출된 앵커볼트를 하부판과 결합하고, 지주대를 지면에 가로방향으로 눕힌상태에서 상부판과 결합하여 세우는 과정을 통해 지주대의 설치 또는 교체가 간편하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 하부판 홈이 복수개 이루어지고, 소정길이로 이루어져 종래 매설된 기초 콘크리트들의 앵커볼트가 각기 다른 위치에 있어도 하부판과 결합이 용이하고, 상부판 홈이 복수개 이루어지고, 소정길이 이루어져 규격이 다른 지주대들을 적용시킬 수 있다.
