The present invention relates to a rotary window guardrail and, more specifically, to a rotary window guardrail to normally secure safety against a fall, enable a user to easily release the fixed state thereof to rotate the same in an emergency situation, and enable a user to safely and quickly escape through a window since the same does not act as a dangerous element when escaping. The rotary window guardrail includes a window guardrail including rotary bars installed on an indoor wall of a building to become vertical on both edges of a window arranged on the building, and at least one safety bar laterally connecting the rotary bars. The upper ends of the rotary bars are coupled to the indoor wall to allow the window guardrail to rotate rearwards, and the rotary bar has an attaching/detaching part which is arranged below a point where the same is coupled to the indoor wall and can be attached to and detached from the indoor wall. The indoor wall has a fixing part arranged at a position corresponding to the attaching/detaching part. The attaching/detaching part includes a handle rotatably arranged on the rotary bar, and an opening/closing control part to rotate with the handle to be latched on the fixing part or released from the fixing part. The opening/closing control part is separated from the rotary bar by a prescribed distance to be rotated. The fixing part protrudes from the indoor wall to become vertical and be positioned between the vertical rotary bar and the opening/closing control part.
본 발명은 회전식 창문난간대에 관한 것으로서, 특히 평상시 추락에 대한 안전성을 확보할 수 있으면서 비상상황 발생시 사용자가 손쉽게 고정상태를 해제하여 회전시킬 수 있으며 탈출시 위험요소로 작용하지 않아 안전하고 신속하게 창문을 통해 탈출할 수 있도록, 건물에 구비된 창문의 양쪽 가장자리 측에서 각각 수직을 이루도록 건물의 실내벽에 설치되는 회동바와, 상기 회동바 간을 횡방향으로 연결하는 적어도 하나의 안전바를 포함하는 창문난간대가 구비되며, 상기 회동바는 창문난간대가 후방을 향해 회동가능하도록 상단이 상기 실내벽에 결합되고, 상기 실내벽과 결합된 지점의 하방으로 상기 실내벽에 탈착가능한 탈착구가 구비되되, 상기 실내벽은 탈착구와 대응되는 위치에 고정구가 구비되고, 상기 탈착구는 회동바에 회전이 가능하도록 구비되는 손잡이와, 상기 손잡이와 함께 회전하여 고정구에 걸리거나 걸림이 해제되는 개폐조절구를 포함하며, 상기 개폐조절구는 회동바로부터 소정의 간격 이격되어 회동가능하게 구비되고, 상기 고정구는 실내벽으로부터 돌출되어 수직을 이루면서 수직을 이루는 회전바와 개폐조절구 사이에 위치하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 창문난간대에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a rotary window guardrail and, more specifically, to a rotary window guardrail to normally secure safety against a fall, enable a user to easily release the fixed state thereof to rotate the same in an emergency situation, and enable a user to safely and quickly escape through a window since the same does not act as a dangerous element when escaping. The rotary window guardrail includes a window guardrail including rotary bars installed on an indoor wall of a building to become vertical on both edges of a window arranged on the building, and at least one safety bar laterally connecting the rotary bars. The upper ends of the rotary bars are coupled to the indoor wall to allow the window guardrail to rotate rearwards, and the rotary bar has an attaching/detaching part which is arranged below a point where the same is coupled to the indoor wall and can be attached to and detached from the indoor wall. The indoor wall has a fixing part arranged at a position corresponding to the attaching/detaching part.
