The present invention relates to a fluid flow control device for a metal faucet, which is an aerator mounted on the water outlet of a metal faucet to allow anyone to easily adjust flow rate (stepped flow rate), flow velocity, hydraulic pressure, stream size, etc. in addition to a basic function of smoothly discharging discharged water, to facilitate the manufacture thereof to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs, and to enable the easy and sturdy installation thereof. According to the present invention, the fluid flow control device for a metal faucet comprises: a cylindrical housing having a plurality of water discharge holes formed on the bottom thereof, and an upper opening part; a water dispersion means arranged on the housing to uniformly disperse water flowing thereinto; a cylindrical mounting member having an open uper portion, allowing the lower end thereof to be rotatably coupled to the upper end of the housing, and having a plurality of water outlets formed on the bottom thereof; a screen net member arranged on the upper end of the mounting member; a rotation guide means formed between the housing and the mounting member to guide the relative rotation of the mounting member and the housing; and a fluid control means to control the flow of water flowing into the housing by the relative rotation between the housing and the mounting member.
본 발명은 수전금구의 토수구에 장착되어 토출되는 물을 부드럽게 배출하는 기본적인 기능에 더하여, 유량(단계적 유량), 유속, 유압, 및 물줄기 크기 등을 누구나 쉽게 조절할 수 있고, 제작이 용이하여 생산성 향상과 제조단가 절감을 도모할 수 있으며, 쉽고 견고한 설치가 가능한 에어레이터(air rator)인 수전금구용 유체 흐름 제어 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 바닥에 복수의 물 토출구멍이 형성되고, 상측 개방부를 갖는 통형상의 하우징; 상기 하우징에 구비되어 유입되는 물을 균일하게 분산시키도록 구성되는 물 분산 수단; 하단부가 상기 하우징의 상단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 바닥에 복수의 물 토출구가 형성되어 수전금구의 토수구에 장착되는 상부 개방의 통형상의 장착 부재; 상기 장착 부재의 상단부에 구비되는 스크린 망 부재; 상기 하우징과 장착 부재 간에 형성되어 그 하우징과 장착 부재의 상대적인 회전을 가이드하도록 구성되는 회전 가이드 수단; 및 상기 하우징과 장착 부재 간의 상대적인 회전으로 상기 하우징으로 유입되는 물의 유량을 조절하도록 구성되는 유체 조절 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수전금구용 유체 흐름 제어 장치가 제공된다.
