ELECTRICALLY-DRIVEN WINDOW SHADE AND ITS ACTUATING MECHANISM
The present invention relates to an actuating mechanism for a window shade which comprises: an electric motor diving displacement of a movable rail; a motor controller electrically connected to the electric motor and having first and second connectors; a power source; a wired control interface; and a removable wireless adapter operable to convert a wireless signal outputted by a wireless control interface into an electrical signal. The actuating mechanism has a first configuration supporting wireless control and a second configuration supporting wired-dedicated control. The wireless adapter is connected to each of the power source, wired control interface and first and second connectors of the motor controller in the first configuration, and is removed. The power source and wired control interface are respectively connected to the first and second connectors of the motor controller in the second configuration.
