Lifting safety device of water gate
The present invention relates to a sluice and, more specifically, to a lifting safety device of a sluice, which can prevent malfunction of a lifting device for lifting a sluice. According to the present invention, the lifting safety device of a sluice comprises: a long hole (10) vertically formed on a link shaft (A40) portion to which a lifting bar (A4) is link-coupled from a lifting bracket (A3) of the upper end of a sluice (A) of a sluice device; and a shear pin (20) mounted on a lower portion of the lifting bar (A4) of the long hole (10). When a load of a prescribed limit or higher is applied to the lifting bar (A4) while the lifting bar (A4) is lowered from the long hole (10), the shear pin (20) can be cut by the load to safely protect a lifting device (A5).
본 발명은 수문에 관한 것으로, 더 구체적으로 설명하면 수문을 인양하는 인양장치의 고장을 방지할 수 있는 수문의 인양안전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수문의 인양안전장치는 수문장치의 수문(A) 상단 인양브라켓(A3)으로부터 인양봉(A4)이 링크결합되는 링크축(A40) 부분에 수직으로 형성되는 장공(10); 그 장공(10)의 인양봉(A4) 하부에 장치되는 시어핀(20);을 포함하고, 상기 시어핀(20)은 장공(10)으로부터 인양봉(A4)의 하강시 인양봉(A4)에 일정 한계 이상의 부하가 발생할 때, 그 부하에 의해 절단될 수 있도록 하여 인양장치(A5)를 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한다.

The present invention relates to a sluice and, more specifically, to a lifting safety device of a sluice, which can prevent malfunction of a lifting device for lifting a sluice.
