LINE FORMING APPARATUS FOR EXPOSED CONCRETE WALL AND PANEL OF FORMWORK INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a line forming apparatus for an exposed concrete wall and a form panel including the same which precisely set a line forming position. According to the present invention, the line forming apparatus for an exposed concrete wall comprises: at least one joint supporting part fixed on the front surface of a base plate; at least one width supporting part fixed on the front surface of the base plate in a first direction in a horizontal direction, wherein at least one end thereof is connected to the joint supporting part; a length supporting part fixed on the front surface of the base plate in a second direction crossing the first direction in the horizontal direction, wherein at least one end thereof is connected to the joint supporting part; at least one width line bar which is coupled side-by-side to the width supporting part, includes a portion whose width becomes smaller in a vertical direction crossing the horizontal direction, and allows at least one end thereof to be coupled to the joint supporting part; and at least one length line bar which is coupled side-by-side to the length supporting part, includes a portion whose width becomes smaller in the vertical direction, and allows at least one end thereof to be coupled to the joint supporting part.
본 발명은 노출 콘크리트 벽체의 줄눈 형성 장치 및 그를 포함하는 거푸집 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 노출 콘크리트 벽체의 줄눈 형성 장치는 베이스 플레이트(Base Plate)의 전면(Front Surface)에 고정되는 적어도 하나의 조인트 지지부(Joint Supporting Part), 상기 베이스 플레이트의 전면에 수평방향(Horizontal Direction) 중 제 1 방향(First Direction)으로 고정되고, 적어도 한쪽 끝단이 상기 조인트 지지부에 연결되는 적어도 하나의 가로 지지부(Width Supporting Part), 상기 베이스 플레이트의 전면에 상기 수평방향 중 상기 제 1 방향과 교차하는 제 2 방향(Second Direction)으로 고정되고, 적어도 한쪽 끝단이 상기 조인트 지지부에 연결되는 적어도 하나의 세로 지지부(Length Supporting Part), 상기 가로 지지부에 나란하게 결합되고, 상기 수평방향과 교차하는 수직방향(Vertical Direction)으로 갈수록 폭이 감소하는 부분을 포함하고, 적어도 한쪽 끝단이 상기 조인트 지지부에 결합되는 적어도 하나의 적어도 하나의 가로 줄눈바(Width Line Bar) 및 상기 세로 지지부에 나란하게 결합되고, 상기 수직방향으로 갈수록 폭이 감소하는 부분을 포함하고, 적어도 한쪽 끝단이 상기 조인트 지지부에 결합되는 적어도 하나의 적어도 하나의 세로 줄눈바(Length Line Bar)를 포함할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a line forming apparatus for an exposed concrete wall and a form panel including the same which precisely set a line forming position. According to the present invention, the line forming apparatus for an exposed concrete wall comprises: at least one joint supporting part fixed on the front surface of a base plate; at least one width supporting part fixed on the front surface of the base plate in a first direction in a horizontal direction, wherein at least one end thereof is connected to the joint supporting part; a length supporting part fixed on the front surface of the base plate in a second direction crossing the first direction in the horizontal direction, wherein at least one end thereof is connected to the joint supporting part; at least one width line bar which is coupled side-by-side to the width supporting part, includes a portion whose width becomes smaller in a vertical direction crossing the horizontal direction, and allows at least one end thereof to be coupled to the joint supporting part; and at least one length line bar which is coupled side-by-side to the length supporting part, includes a portion whose width becomes smaller in the vertical direction, and allows at least one end thereof to be coupled to the joint supporting part.
