A bar type exterior material fixing device according to the present invention comprises: an anchor member (100) coupled through an anchor insertion hole formed on an external wall surface (10) of a structure; a connection member (200) coupled in a state that the anchor member (100) has penetrated therethrough; a bracket (300) supporting an external material (20) constructed on the external wall surface of the building in a state of being coupled on the connection member (20) while being disposed to be spaced in a state of not in contact with the anchor member (100); a first binding member (150) binding the connection member (200) on the anchor member (100); a second binding member (350) binding the bracket (300) on the connection member (200); and a thermal bridge interception cap (400) provided to encompass the end of the anchor member (100), wherein the connection member (200) includes: a plate shaped fixation plate (210) having a plurality of through holes in a vertical direction; and an insulation resin layer (220) formed to encompass all or a portion of the fixation plate (210), the anchor member (100) and the bracket (300) are sequentially disposed in a spaced state on the plurality of through holes formed on the fixed plate (210), and the connection member (200) supports a load applied to the bracket (300) and simultaneously intercepts heat transfer which may be formed between the anchor member (100) and the bracket (300) such that energy loss from the structure may be reduced.
본 발명에 따른 막대형 외장재 고정 장치는 건축물의 외부 벽면(10) 상에 형성된 앵커 삽입공(12)을 통해 결합되는 앵커 부재(100); 상기 앵커 부재(100)가 관통된 상태로 결합되는 접속 부재(200); 상기 접속 부재(200) 상에 결합된 상태에서 건축물의 외부 벽면 상에 시공된 외장재(20)를 지지하되 상기 앵커 부재(100)와는 미접촉 상태로 이격 배치되는 브라켓(300); 상기 접속 부재(200)를 상기 앵커 부재(100) 상에 결속하는 제1 결속 부재(150); 상기 브라켓(300)을 상기 접속 부재(200) 상에 결속하는 제2 결속 부재(350); 및 상기 앵커 부재(100)의 단부를 감싸도록 구비되는 열교 차단캡(400);을 포함하고, 상기 접속 부재(200)는, 상하 방향으로 복수의 관통홀이 형성된 판 형상의 고정 플레이트(210); 및 상기 고정 플레이트(210)의 전체 또는 일부를 감싸도록 형성되는 단열 수지층(220);을 포함하고, 상기 앵커 부재(100) 및 브라켓(300)은 상기 고정 플레이트(210) 상에 형성된 상기 복수의 관통홀 상에 이격된 상태로 차례로 배치되고, 상기 접속 부재(200)는 상기 브라켓(300)에 가해지는 하중을 지지하는 것과 동시에 상기 앵커 부재(100)와 브라켓(300) 사이에 형성 가능한 열전도를 차단하여 건축물의 에너지 손실을 저감한다.
