High Early Strength-Ultra High Performance Concrete Manufacturing Method thereof and Premixing Binder therefor
The present invention relates to high early strength type ultrahigh-performance concrete, a method for manufacturing the same, and a powdery high early strength type premixing binder used for manufacturing the high early strength type ultrahigh-performance concrete. The high early strength type ultrahigh-performance concrete is obtained by adding calcium formate, aluminum hydroxide and calcined gypsum, as curing accelerators, to cement, fine aggregate, reactive powder and a filler material, adding a condensation accelerator and a fluidizing agent to form a high early strength type premixing binder, and further mixing compounding water and fibers to the high early strength type premixing binder. Thus, the high early strength type ultrahigh-performance concrete has excellent flowability to allow self-filling, realizes strength in a short time to allow early removal of a mold, and shows excellent compression strength, bending tensile strength, water-tightness and durability.
본 발명은 시멘트, 잔골재, 반응성 분체 및 필러재에 경화촉진제로서 포름산칼슘, 수산화알루미늄 및 반수석고를 첨가하고 응결촉진제와 유동화제를 더 추가한 조강형 프리믹싱 결합재를 형성하고, 조강형 프리믹싱 결합재에 배합수와 섬유를 더 혼입함으로써, 우수한 유동성을 가지게 되어 자기충전이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 짧은 시간내에 강도가 발현되어 거푸집의 조기 제거가 가능하며, 우수한 압축강도 및 휨인장강도, 그리고 우수한 수밀성과 내구성을 가지는 "조강형 초고성능 콘크리트"와 이를 제조하는 "제조방법", 그리고 조강형 초고성능 콘크리트의 제조에 이용되는 분말 상태의 "조강형 프리믹싱 결합재"에 관한 것이다.
