Finger joint installing method for the finger joint and finger supporting plate and method for manufacturing thereof
Disclosed is a finger support plate, wherein an operation for cutting a thick steel plate in a finger shape so as to form a groove in which a finger can be inserted into a finger plate is not required, materials are not thrown away after being cut, and a separate base plate is not required. Therefore, costs for manufacturing a finger joint can be drastically lowered. The finger support plate includes: a concavo-convex plate in which a plurality of groove portions are respectively formed on an upper side surface and a lower side surface in parallel; a plurality of studs attached to the bottom of the concavo-convex plate with an interval; and concrete placed on the groove portion of the lower side surface to be cured while a part of lower sides of the plurality of the studs is left.
핑거판에 핑거가 삽입될 수 있는 홈을 형성하기 위해 두꺼운 철판을 핑거 형상으로 절단하는 작업이 필요치 않고, 절단되어 버려지는 재료도 없고, 별도의 베이스판이 필요치 않아서 핑거조인트 제조에 따른 비용을 대폭 낮출 수 있는 핑거지지판이 개시된다. 상기 핑거지지판은 상측면과 하측면에 복수의 골부가 평행하게 각각 형성된 요철판, 상기 요철판의 저면에 간격을 두고 부착된 복수의 스터드 및 복수의 상기 스터드의 하측 일부를 남겨두고 하측면의 상기 골부에 타설되어 양생된 콘크리트를 포함하는 구성을 한다.
